What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and Mastercard. No other methods (yet).

Can I checkout without creating an account?

Yes. You can checkout as a guest — and your data will be deleted 14 days after delivery.

Do you charge tax?

All product prices are inclusive of sales tax. No extra charges at checkout.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. You have 24 hours to cancel your order. Just reach out to support.

Where do you ship?

Jureza currently ships within the United States only.

How long does shipping take?

Processing takes 1–2 business days, and delivery is usually within 3–5 business days.

Which carriers do you use?

Our suppliers mostly ship with UPS. Final carriers may vary.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes - you’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped.

Can I receive multiple packages?

Yes. If your order includes products from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate shipments.

What is your return policy?

You can return your item within 30 days from delivery if it's unused and in original packaging.

How do I request a return?

Contact Customer Support to request your return form and instructions.

Who pays for the return shipping?

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless Jureza made a mistake.

How long until I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return is received and approved.

Do you refund the full amount?

Yes. If everything checks out, you’ll receive a 100% refund. No restocking fees.

Do you store inventory yourself?

Nope — our model is decentralized and smart, reducing delays and waste.

How do you keep customers informed?

We send tracking updates by email, and our support team is always available for questions.
